Founder; Paula Howell
Elevating Education & Business
Paula Howell is the Founder and Education Director of Howell Academics, a leading consulting firm specializing in educational readiness, private school admissions, and business coaching for educational leaders and entrepreneurs. With over 20 years of experience spanning early childhood development, educational consulting, and strategic business mentorship, Paula is passionate about empowering both families and organizations to reach their highest potential.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours in Early Childhood Education and Developmental Psychology, and advanced certifications in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, Family Mediation from York University, and specialized training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy®. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, further deepening her expertise in relational dynamics and personal development.
Through Howell Academics, Paula supports families navigating private school admissions with programs like Testing Ready® and Admissions Prep®, while also offering business coaching, strategic consulting, and professional development for educational institutions, daycares, and small business owners. Her work is grounded in a holistic approach that values readiness, resilience, leadership, and authentic growth — whether guiding a child into their first school community or helping an entrepreneur scale their business with clarity and purpose.
